Tricia McIntyre, President
Tricia has nearly 30 years of Executive Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience. During her career, Tricia founded, financed, and negotiated the sale of Aspen Luxury Rentals; a high- end boutique luxury vacation home brokerage firm located in beautiful Aspen Colorado. This highly successful one-of-kind firm offers the most luxurious homes and concierge services to the most affluent individuals from around the world. She has a genuine interest in the well-being of her client’s and their experiences. Having been trained at the Ritz Carlton, Aspen coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, Tricia is always “thinking out of the box” for better ways to impress and “WOW” her guests.
Sharon Redfield, CFO
Sharon is a seasoned client service professional with 25 years of financial management experience. She began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, practicing as a CPA and auditor. While there, Sharon provided financial and consulting services and managed multiple engagements in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, banking, insurance, registered investment companies, healthcare, higher education and other 501(c)(3) organizations that receive federal and state funding. Sharon has expert knowledge of financial and capital markets and an in-depth understanding of financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting principles and tax reporting practices.
At the Aspen Agency, Sharon has been responsible for the successful implementation of our new state of the art reservation and accounting system. She is also responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and system implementations.
Caroline Swann, Office Manager
Born and raised on St. Simons Island in southeast Georgia, Caroline brings a bit of southern hospitality to Aspen. Graduating from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, she moved to Aspen in May 2010. Prior to joining the ALVR Team, Caroline worked at the Ritz Carlton for over 7 years as the Spa Supervisor and Ritz Kid’s Coordinator. At the Ritz, Caroline was able to fine tune her hospitality skills by going above and beyond for guests and creating unique and personal experiences. Now at ALVR she is the Front Office Manager, which still provides her the opportunity to make a lasting impact with guest’s vacations. Her extensive knowledge of the area paired with her love of the outdoors makes her a great resource when recommending things to do. In her free time, Caroline likes to enjoy all of the activities that Aspen has to offer whether it’s skiing, hiking, or just taking in the gorgeous scenery.
Brittany Irvine, Property Specialist
Brittany was born and raised in Manhattan, KS, but grew up visiting Colorado from a very young age. In 2006 she relocated to Fort Collins, CO, where she later attended Colorado State University. At CSU she studied Sociology, Psychology, and Communications. Her passion for culture and travel led her to Japan where she studied International Design and then shortly after to Thailand where she obtained her Yoga Teacher Certification. Brittany has worked in marketing and management at many different restaurants and property rental companies. Her love for the outdoors brought her to Aspen in 2017, where she currently resides with her two dogs. Brittany’s passion for hospitality and tourism makes her a great asset to the Aspen Luxury Vacation Rentals team.
Audrey Wilson, Concierge
Audrey discovered her instinct for concierge work at an early age. She grew up in Aspen, Colorado as the youngest daughter in an adventurous family, dedicated to seeing the world.
“It was easy to love traveling and adventure, but I realized right away that I also loved planning it.”
After graduation from Santa Clara University, Audrey headed for New York City where she became the lifestyle coordinator in a luxury residential building. With creative ideas and outstanding follow through, she quickly developed a reputation for happy clients.

Rich Pearce, SEO/Online Marketing
Rich grew up right on Main Street in Aspen, with a real local’s view of practically everything going on in town. Although he enjoyed (and still loves) all the outdoor activities Aspen has to offer, he somehow became a “computer nerd” in college, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems. He also discovered a love for writing and music along the way. Shortly after graduating, he put his computer and business skills to work in the local banking industry.
After a brief (15-year) stint as a Commercial Banker and IT Specialist for area banks by day (and wannabe rock guitarist by night), Rich found his true passion, assisting individuals and businesses with their computer and tech-related needs. Today, Rich focuses his talents on helping his clients successfully market their businesses online through search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing, content marketing, data analysis, and content copywriting and editing.
And, he still has that unique Main Street local’s view of Aspen.
