Tricia McIntyre, President
Tricia has nearly 30 years of Executive Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience. During her career, Tricia founded, financed, and negotiated the sale of Aspen Luxury Rentals; a high- end boutique luxury vacation home brokerage firm located in beautiful Aspen Colorado. This highly successful one-of-kind firm offers the most luxurious homes and concierge services to the most affluent individuals from around the world. She has a genuine interest in the well-being of her client’s and their experiences. Having been trained at the Ritz Carlton, Aspen coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, Tricia is always “thinking out of the box” for better ways to impress and “WOW” her guests.
Sharon Redfield, CFO
Sharon is a seasoned client service professional with 25 years of financial management experience. She began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, practicing as a CPA and auditor. While there, Sharon provided financial and consulting services and managed multiple engagements in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, banking, insurance, registered investment companies, healthcare, higher education and other 501(c)(3) organizations that receive federal and state funding. Sharon has expert knowledge of financial and capital markets and an in-depth understanding of financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting principles and tax reporting practices.
At the Aspen Agency, Sharon has been responsible for the successful implementation of our new state of the art reservation and accounting system. She is also responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and system implementations.
Caroline Swann, Office Manager
Born and raised on St. Simons Island in southeast Georgia, Caroline brings a bit of southern hospitality to Aspen. Graduating from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, she moved to Aspen in May 2010. Prior to joining the ALVR Team, Caroline worked at the Ritz Carlton for over 7 years as the Spa Supervisor and Ritz Kid’s Coordinator. At the Ritz, Caroline was able to fine tune her hospitality skills by going above and beyond for guests and creating unique and personal experiences. Now at ALVR she is the Front Office Manager, which still provides her the opportunity to make a lasting impact with guest’s vacations. Her extensive knowledge of the area paired with her love of the outdoors makes her a great resource when recommending things to do. In her free time, Caroline likes to enjoy all of the activities that Aspen has to offer whether it’s skiing, hiking, or just taking in the gorgeous scenery.
Sasha Kraver, Marketing Administrative Assistant
Having grown up visiting Aspen, Sasha was beyond thrilled to be given the opportunity to build her career with Aspen Luxury Vacation rentals upon graduating college. Sasha recently graduated from Auburn University in May with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Business, focusing on organizational behavior. While attending Auburn University Sasha worked with the psychological research department by collecting data and running studies on behavior in the workplace. In addition, Sasha was a teachers assistant for two Introduction to Psychology courses and assisted in lecturing the classes. Sasha first discovered her passion for marketing upon interning with the Organizational Development Department of Entertainment Partners, where she was able to attain ample experience in administration, customer service, and marketing. Sasha was thrilled to be able to join the ALVR team as a Marketing Administrative Assistant where she will be able to build her professional career immensely, and live in a town that has so much to offer.
Sarah Gorman, Executive Concierge
Sarah Gorman grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley which helped develop her love for adventure and the outdoors. When Sarah is not fulfilling her love for travel, she spends her time in Aspen scouting out fresh powder tracks, mountain biking, hiking, stand up paddleboarding and practicing yoga. Sarah knows all the valley’s best kept secrets and local spots and wants visitors to enjoy all the valley has to offer through the eyes of a local.
Sarah has spent the last fifteen years developing her career in the hospitality industry. She spent time working as an event and wedding planner in the Hawaiian Islands. Her love for the mountains brought her back to Aspen where she started as a concierge and worked her way into management at the Ritz Carlton. The Ritz Carlton has given her the opportunity to deliver personalized luxury service through multiple avenues. Sarah’s passion for adventure, cooking, dinning, outdoor activities and live entertainment keeps her informed of the latest and greatest happenings in Aspen and wants to make sure to share all of this with you. Jodi Puder, Luxury Rentals, Sales and Development
Jodi is a multi-faceted entrepreneur specializing in Luxury Real Estate Sales, Rentals, Building and Development.
Having grown up the real estate industry, Jodi launched her career back in the 80’s when she became the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of Palm Beach, Florida’s largest Developers. While there, Jodi oversaw the successful sell out of thousands of homes.
Later, she ventured in to Real Estate Building and Development and successfully built and sold some of today’s most notable communities in South Florida.
Having been involved in all aspects of Real Estate Sales and Development, Jodi brings a unique and broad level of expertise to her distinguished clientele providing them with an elevated level of integrity, client service, comprehensive market knowledge, confidence and confidentiality.
Jodi’s reputation has created long lasting relationships with her clients far beyond the last sale and appreciates the referrals she receives from very satisfied customers.
Now a full-time resident in the Aspen/Snowmass community, Jodi is specializing in luxury sales and rentals while bringing her building and development acumen to the Aspen/Snowmass and Basalt real estate community.
Presently, Jodi is completing the final sellout her most recent building project, 101 Bay Harbor Residences, located in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida and is also under construction with a 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath spec home in the Willits subdivision located in Basalt, CO., estimated to be completed in the Spring of 2019.
Jodi is passionate about skiing, hiking, dogs, horses, her family and sharing kindness with others in hopes of creating a better tomorrow for our children. Jodi is an avid skier and loves to spend most of her time doing laps on the bumps. Jodi is also involved in local children’s charities and most recently helped her 7-year old daughter publish a book entitled, The Kindness Story, now available on Amazon.
Rich Pearce, SEO/Online Marketing
Rich grew up right on Main Street in Aspen, with a real local’s view of practically everything going on in town. Although he enjoyed (and still loves) all the outdoor activities Aspen has to offer, he somehow became a “computer nerd” in college, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems. He also discovered a love for writing and music along the way. Shortly after graduating, he put his computer and business skills to work in the local banking industry.
After a brief (15-year) stint as a Commercial Banker and IT Specialist for area banks by day (and wannabe rock guitarist by night), Rich found his true passion, assisting individuals and businesses with their computer and tech-related needs. Today, Rich focuses his talents on helping his clients successfully market their businesses online through search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing, content marketing, data analysis, and content copywriting and editing.
And, he still has that unique Main Street local’s view of Aspen.
