Rich Pearce | SEO | Online Marketing
Rich grew up right on Main Street in Aspen, with a real local’s view of practically everything going on in town. Although he enjoyed (and still loves) all the outdoor activities Aspen has to offer, he somehow became a “computer nerd” in college, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems. He also discovered a love for writing and music along the way. Shortly after graduating, he put his computer and business skills to work in the local banking industry.
After a brief (15-year) stint as a Commercial Banker and IT Specialist for area banks by day (and wannabe rock guitarist by night), Rich found his true passion, assisting individuals and businesses with their computer and tech-related needs. Today, Rich focuses his talents on helping his clients successfully market their businesses online through search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing, content marketing, data analysis, and content copywriting and editing.
And, he still has that unique Main Street local’s view of Aspen.
Darren Ziegler | General Manager | Property Management
Focusing on the needs and expectations of the Homeowner, Darren takes great pride in protecting the homes he is responsible for. He acts as a direct point of contact for the Owners and Guests in his rental properties, and is quick to respond to guests’ needs, often anticipating their needs before there’s a reason for him to be contacted. Darren takes a proactive approach to property management to the mutual benefit of Owners and Tenants.
While new to the Roaring Fork Valley, he has been a resident of Colorado for years, and has served as a property manager in Summit County for the past five. Alpine resort communities are no stranger to him. He understands all of the unique nuances of living at high elevation, with aggressive winters, and potentially hot summers. He has an understanding of construction and fundamental operating systems and has an extensive list of satisfied homeowners from Blue River, through Breckenridge to Silverthorne and now, Aspen.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Darren moved south to Georgia after high school and obtained a BA in hospitality Management from Georgia Southern University. After twelve years in the hospitality industry, including opening two successful restaurants of his own, Darren headed west for Colorado. He worked for the Ameristar Casino in Black Hawk as a Food and Beverage Manager which evolved into overseeing housekeeping and rooms operations for the Casino Hotel. Then the “mountains called,” and he never looked back. Aspen has welcomed Darren with open arms. His thorough and drama-free approach to problem solving, and his patience and affability with clients is unmatched. He and his wife and two dogs enjoy hiking and camping together. He’s also an avid skier, rock climber and will try nearly anything that gets him outdoors in this idyllic environment. He has fully embraced the mountain lifestyle; taking time out to still enjoy life around his non-stop work schedule.
