Tricia McIntyre | Owner
Tricia McIntyre was the Founder, President and Employing Broker for The Aspen Agency Inc. and Aspen Luxury Vacation Rentals for over 15 years. She was responsible for the management of the company and over 150 million in her portfolio of assets, collaborating with owners, and running the daily operations. After two decades of experience in luxury real estate, with over 5,000 contracts signed with the most discerning clients in the world, she has decided to focus on Real Estate Sales. Prior to her time at The Aspen Agency, she worked in asset-based lending, hospitality management, vacation rentals, leasing and accounting. She also owned a custom home construction company with her husband which included remodeling and luxury concierge services.
Before her career in real estate, Tricia gained invaluable experiences working in banking and finance in one of Boston’s largest banks. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she received her B.A. in International Affairs, Economics and French, her many visits to Aspen on the weekends made her want to make Aspen home. Tricia is dedicated to her community and sits on local Advisory Boards and Committees concerning the community and the Real Estate industry in Aspen. Tricia knows everything there is to know about Aspen and especially where to find it! Tricia lives in Aspen with her husband and two boys. You can find her with her family skiing, riding bikes, watching rugby, hiking or walking her dog Sadie throughout this amazing valley.
Sharon Redfield | CFO
Sharon is a seasoned client service professional with 25 years of financial management experience. She began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, practicing as a CPA and auditor. While there, Sharon provided financial and consulting services and managed multiple engagements in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, banking, insurance, registered investment companies, healthcare, higher education and other 501(c)(3) organizations that receive federal and state funding.
Sharon has expert knowledge of financial and capital markets and an in-depth understanding of financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting principles and tax reporting practices.
At Aspen Luxury Vacation Rentals, Sharon has been responsible for the successful implementation of our new state of the art reservation and accounting system. She is also responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and system implementations.
Harry Graham | Agent | Rental Manager
Harry moved to Aspen shortly after graduating from George Washington University in 2018 with a major in Business Administration, concentrating in Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Psychology. He started his professional career in hospitality at the Little Nell Residences, where he worked for two years. Upon leaving the Nell, Harry joined the team at ALVR as the main concierge, but quickly took on roles with sales. He was promoted to property and travel specialist during his first winter season. He is now the Rental Supervisor and helps with the day to day operations and production of the ALVR rental business. Harry enjoys fishing, biking, and skiing in Aspen.
Michael Wolff | Broker
In 2017, Michael graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration and Minor in Spanish. He then moved to Aspen following graduation. Between then and now, he has worked all different sorts of jobs around the valley until he settled with ALVR in Spring ’21. He is a licensed broker and plans to continue his career with ALVR. Michael focuses on sales and rentals in the upper-tier, luxury market. His exceptional work ethic and social skills make him an ideal choice for a wide variety of real estate needs. In his free time he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and traveling! Michael is fluent in English and Spanish.
Olivia Nobbs | Rental Supervisor
Olivia grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Information Systems and International Business from Victoria University of Wellington. Olivia moved to Aspen straight away to work on Snowmass mountain after graduating. She has since worked in IT and insurance in New Zealand before moving back to Aspen to start with ALVR in 2021. Olivia enjoys hiking, skiing, camping or paddle boarding in the Roaring Fork valley and traveling around the globe.
Emre Barlas | Executive Assistant
Emre graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelors of science in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Economics. Upon earning his diploma, he moved to NYC where he worked for a logistics and storage start up as a Business Development Executive and later as a Manager, Marketplace Operations and Location Acquisition. After two years in the start up world, Emre moved to Aspen and started with ALVR as Executive Assistant to the CEO. At ALVR, Emre focuses his talents in business developement, strategy and managing data & statistics. When he isn’t working, he spends his time riding his dirtbike around trails, playing the guitar and skiing. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Turkish.
Sabrina Dreffer | Property Specialist
As a fourth generation Aspen local, Sabrina has a vast network of resources in the roaring fork valley to care for your property and make sure it is ready for you and your guests. Her event experience ranging from Music Production to Catering and Flower Design has prepared her for overseeing all of the elements to keep your home in perfect condition. Sabrina loves being fully responsible for the operating success of these properties and works to achieve the financial objectives while optimizing profit and individual owner earnings.
Rich Pearce | SEO | Online Marketing
Rich grew up right on Main Street in Aspen, with a real local’s view of practically everything going on in town. Although he enjoyed (and still loves) all the outdoor activities Aspen has to offer, he somehow became a “computer nerd” in college, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems. He also discovered a love for writing and music along the way. Shortly after graduating, he put his computer and business skills to work in the local banking industry.
After a brief (15-year) stint as a Commercial Banker and IT Specialist for area banks by day (and wannabe rock guitarist by night), Rich found his true passion, assisting individuals and businesses with their computer and tech-related needs. Today, Rich focuses his talents on helping his clients successfully market their businesses online through search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing, content marketing, data analysis, and content copywriting and editing.
And, he still has that unique Main Street local’s view of Aspen.
Rish Mulcahy | Digital Marketing
Risteard, or Rish as he is more often called, was born in Aspen but was raised entirely in Cork, Ireland, where he attended Technological University Dublin. There he received a Bachelor of Science in Product Design. During his time in university, he had spent a summer living in Aspen, which was enough to make him fall in love with the valley and after graduating he moved straight back to Aspen at the start of summer 2018. Since then, he had worked various different jobs before starting his career with ALVR at the beginning of the summer in 2020. Rish is responsible for our digital marketing campaigns as well as creating any graphics and design for property marketing. If he’s not traveling, he can either be found on the rugby field or trying to stay upright on the ski slopes.
