Policies and Procedures

Thank you for making your reservation with Aspen Luxury Vacation Rentals. We look forward to having you as our guests. Please read carefully some of our policies and procedures

CANCELLATION POLICY: All of our reservations are non-refundable. We do offer travel insurance to cover your vacation if you did need to cancel 100%. In the event you must cancel and do not have travel insurance we will try to re-rent the property for the duration of your stay and refund any net proceeds we receive from the new rental reservation. Refunds will be generally made 30 days after the rental period has taken place with the new rental.

DEPOSIT MONIES: Upon receipt of your deposit by ALVR such funds are deposited into a FDIX-insured Trust account, which may bear interest. Any interest earned on such deposit shall be the benefit of ALVR. Deposit refund will be made as soon as we have cleared the premises of any damage or acknowledged any outstanding fees for services or staff.

RATES: Rates are subject to change without notice.

EARLY DEPARTURE: The guest is responsible for payment of the reservation regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in is at 4:00pm and Check out is at 10:00am. Exceptions can be made depending on the arrival or departure of guests on your reservation days. These times are set so that housekeeping will have enough time to properly clean before the next arrival.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive early and we will try to accommodate you and your luggage if the vacation rental is still getting clean from a previous departure.

DAMAGES: Guest are liable for any and damages to the premises and to furnishings, equipment and household items therein which occur during the renter’s occupancy. A 20% service charge will be added to any damages billed.
