In addition to the damage insurance policy we receive a cash and credit card deposit for the protection of unforeseen damages and/or additional amenity services provided during the guests stay, for instance movie rentals, grocery shopping, housekeeping, or telephone charges. All of this coverage gives you piece of mind you need to rent your home to guests and be assured that it will be well cared for.
